Fitto App is a SaaS/mobile software platform designed for meal logging, calorie tracking, routine tracking, and personal lifestyle organization.

The platform allows users to record meals, review calorie and macro information, organize routines, monitor personal progress, and access digital tracking tools through a mobile-first software experience.

Fitto App is intended for informational and personal tracking purposes only.

2. No Medical or Healthcare Services

Fitto App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescription services, emergency support, healthcare services, or clinical recommendations.

The platform is not a medical device, healthcare provider, nutrition clinic, or regulated healthcare service.

5. Payments

Payments for Fitto App subscriptions are processed by Paddle, the payment provider and Merchant of Record.

Paddle may manage payment processing, taxes, invoices, receipts, billing operations, and payment-related customer support.

By purchasing a subscription, users agree to the payment terms displayed during checkout.

6. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription using the cancellation options available through the payment provider, account settings, or customer support, where applicable.

Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically refund previous payments unless required by applicable law or approved under the refund policy.

7. Digital Product Access

Fitto App is delivered entirely as a digital software service.

No physical goods, food delivery, supplements, prescription products, medical treatments, regulated healthcare services, gambling products, adult content, or prohibited products are sold through Fitto App.
